Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for our orders is generally 1 to 2 working days, regardless of the delivery option chosen. Processing takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Although most orders are processed within 1-2 days, we kindly ask you to respect a maximum lead time of 3 working days. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it should be dispatched by Friday at the latest.
In the case of incorrect delivery addresses, we allow a window of one hour after purchase for changes to the order. For order details requiring correction, please contact suppport@Otohealthcare.com. We are not responsible for incorrect information, including a wrongly entered delivery address, by the customer. Please refer to the “WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER” section below for details of our policy in this regard.

Note: shipping times are subject to customs clearance in each country. Some countries may process packages faster than others, so please bear this in mind. Shipping times may also be subject to occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as IR conflicts/strikes, weather conditions, vacation periods, large and/or bulky items, or errors on the part of the shipping service provider. In the event of such scenarios affecting your parcel, we undertake to keep you informed to the best of our ability.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Additional customs charges are beyond our control. By ordering from our store, you acknowledge the possibility of additional charges upon arrival of the package. Please contact the customs office in your country for specific regulations.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may incur additional charges due to geographic location.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is correct. It is not always possible to change the delivery address due to our strict shipping schedule. Always double-check the address entered before proceeding to checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If your order is being processed or has been shipped, we cannot change the destination address. In this case, we must wait for the package to be returned to us. Once returned, a full refund will be issued.
