Cancellation policy
Once the order has already been shipped, you'll have to go through our usual return policy.

Return policy
You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer care team. You must contact our customer care team before returning your order.

It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.

Exchange policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Here are the return conditions:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Requests must be made within a few days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition (labels, packaging, etc.).
Damaged products cannot be refunded.
We have the right to refuse a return after studying your request if a condition is not met.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 to 10 days.
